What can I expect after I sign up for PowerHouse?

After signing up for PowerHouse, you will receive two emails. The first one is a welcome email from me expressing excitement for your decision to embark on this journey. The second email will provide you with access to the members' portal, where you can start the program immediately.

Once inside the portal, you can begin by watching the videos, which will guide you step by step in gathering information about your home. This information is crucial for us to create your personal report. While we work on your report, you can continue with other modules available in the portal. There's also a brief quiz to ensure you have all the necessary information before your report is finalized.

You can post your questions in the PowerHouse Facebook group and submit them through a form for us to address during the weekly live calls. The program encourages you to implement the recommendations from your report as you progress through the portal. You'll have the opportunity to celebrate your successes and get your questions answered within the supportive community.

If I choose a payment plan, will I receive the lessons all at once or gradually, and do I get my house report immediately?

When you enroll in PowerHouse, the pace at which you dive into the program is up to you. Upon signing up, you'll submit your information, including photos and a floor plan, which helps us understand your home and life circumstances. We then analyze your data to create your personal report, which can take up to 10 working days to ensure it's tailored to your needs.

Whether you choose to pay in full or opt for a payment plan, you will receive full access to the program and your personalized report. You can start working through the program and implementing remedies as soon as you receive your report, allowing you to progress swiftly.

Can I watch the course videos at my own pace, or do I need to attend live sessions?

When you enroll in PowerHouse, you gain immediate access to our portal, where all the training materials are available. You can access everything you need to balance and Feng Shui your home and life. You don't need to be present live for any call. If you have specific questions, you can submit them to our Facebook community, we offer seven days a week in our facebook community or through the provided form for our live Q and A calls. We'll prioritize answering your questions during the next live call, and you can watch the replay later.

Our live calls are scheduled at different times to accommodate various time zones, but all replays are posted in the Facebook group and portal within 24 hours. You can complete the program at your own pace, with no rush. I encourage you to take your time, implement remedies from your personal report, and enjoy the process of making your home fully support you.

What is PowerHouse Plus?

PowerHouse Plus is an optional upgrade packages. It offers you the opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with one of our experienced Feng Shui consultants from our team. While we didn't initially offer this feature in the first six years of running PowerHouse, we now do so because we didn't have capacity on our team. Some individuals like to have an additional personalized session for extra guidance.

It's important to choose the PowerHouse option that aligns with your financial comfort level when you sign up. We provide extensive support through our PowerHouse Facebook group, seven days a week, as well as your personal report, access to the portal, and bonus courses. Many participants find this level of support sufficient, but if you ever feel the need for that extra nudge or personalized assistance, you can add PowerHouse Plus as an additional feature after joining PowerHouse.

Can I pay off the payment plan earlier and get a discount?

Absolutely! If you opt for our payment plan option and find yourself in a position to pay it off earlier (fingers crossed) that's great news. Within the first six months of joining the program, you can pay the remaining balance at the pay-in-full price. Simply reach out to our team at [email protected], and Jeanette will assist you with setting it up and finalizing the total amount for the pay-in-full option. It's as easy as that!

Is it a one-time payment or does it need to be renewed annually?

When you join PowerHouse, you receive access to the program along with membership to our community for the remainder of the year you join plus all of the following year. This membership includes weekly Q&A sessions and your personal home report the year you join and the following year.

For example, if you join in April, you will have access to the community for the remainder of the year, April to December and access the following year, January to December. Thereafter we will contact you to renew your membership and get your updated home report to align with the changing energies of the Chinese New Year in the February. This ensures on going support and access to our community.

If I joined the PowerHouse course in 2025, do I need to pay for my Annual Membership in 2025?

No, once you join in 2025 your membership is extended until the end of 2026. In 2026 you'll get an updated 2026 Feng Shui Report as part of your membership

What happens if I move to a new house?

If you move to a new house, you'll need to purchase a new house report for USD 500. The 2nd-year report cannot be transferred or used for a different property.

What supplies do I need and what are the remedies I need, and how much do they cost?

When you join PowerHouse, you will receive your personal report that includes a list of remedies needed for your home. The remedies are specific to each area of your home and are designed to balance its energy. Here's an overview of the types of remedies and their potential costs:

1. Fire Element: Fire element remedies can include items that are red, pink, or orange. You may already have some of these items in your home, such as cushions or decorations. These can often be acquired for free or at a low cost.

2. Earth Element: Earth element remedies can be stones, crystals, or objects related to the earth element. You can sometimes find suitable stones in your garden or outdoor areas.

3. Water Element: Water element remedies can be artwork or water features. The cost can vary depending on the specific remedy you choose, but there are often budget-friendly options available.

4. Metal Element: Metal element remedies can include metal objects or decorations. There are various resources and tips provided in PowerHouse to help you acquire these remedies within your budget.

5. Plants: For the wood element, you can use plants as remedies. Some people may already have plants in their homes, and these can often be a low-cost or even free option.

I live in the Southern Hemisphere. Will it still work for me?

Absolutely, we work with clients all over the world, including the southern hemisphere, including South Australia. There's a common misconception that Feng Shui differs between the northern and southern hemispheres, but this isn't the case. When we work with clients, we take compass readings and analyze your home's Feng Shui regardless of your location.

Our technology, utilizing Google Earth and Google Maps, allows us to assess your home remotely and calculate the energy dynamics. Whether you're in the northern or southern hemisphere, the principles and adjustments remain the same.

How much time should I set aside for PowerHouse, considering there are 9 modules?

You can expect to invest around an hour per week to work through the PowerHouse program effectively. We've recently upgraded the program to be clear, concise, and efficient. The video content is designed to be easily digestible and implementable, allowing you to progress quickly and get the best results.

I highly recommend allocating time for both the live calls and the Q&A sessions. The live calls, conducted workshop-style, help you think bigger, clarify your dreams, and release any blocks that may be hindering your progress. The Q&A calls are focused on practical implementation and fine-tuning your Feng Shui efforts. Additionally, we have astrology calls to further enhance your experience.

Are you going to tell me I have to move out of my house?

I have never told anyone to move house, the best thing about Feng Shui no matter what the situation is or what your house type is we can always turn it around and improve it.

What do I do if I need support?

We rent, is it still worth Feng Shui-ing our home?

It sure is worth it! A Feng Shui audit is not going to tell say you have to paint walls, change doorways or make huge structural changes to your building. I work with what you have and your circumstances. Most changes that you may need to make will be very adaptable to a rental home. Also you can take your Feng Shui enhancing items and remedies to another home if you decide to move.

What if I have a second home? Can I Feng Shui that home using Powerhouse?

Yes, you can totally Feng Shui your second home as well - but you'll need an additional home report with unique remedies for that home. After you join Powerhouse, you can purchase an extra home report for just $500 - and implement the remedies that will support you in that home.

What if I am thinking of moving house right now?

When it comes to transitioning homes, it's important to consider your timeline. If you'll be in your current home for less than two months, there's no immediate need to Feng Shui it. However, if your stay will be longer, say 4, 5, or 6 months, it's advisable to join us in PowerHouse now get a Feng Shui report for your existing home.

Here's why:

First, you'll receive your personal report and remedies for your current home, which can often be replicated and used in your new home, making the transition smoother.

Second, if you're building or buying a new house and things aren't progressing as smoothly as you'd like, implementing remedies in your current home can help improve the flow and support your goals.

How long do we have access to the course?
